Considering the needs of small companies and the start- up of new businesses, a project was created to meet the requirements of the start-up of these companies.

In addition to the infrastructures, that include a training area, meeting rooms, an auditorium (provided with multimedia systems), there are also a series of essential services to support companies in their first three years of activity.

The Incubator will allow newborn companies to take their first steps inside a well-established structure, where they will be able to obtain real services and elements of qualification in order to be more competitive in their entry into the market. The integration of companies into the Incubator is based on their business plan which is evaluated by Pre-Incubation staff. The structure has been conceived to offer support to start-up companies and to provide immediately a business culture.

The company, in view of received services, is asked to pay an increasing monthly fixed amount for the period of incubation.
